A panel of district administrators and board members from three distinctly different school districts will share their learning about how to align board and administrative leaders around common goals and a vision for success. They will discuss various two-way communication methods used to connect board members and administrative leaders around progress, adjustments and the resources needed to achieve each year's annual goals. Attendees will leave with multiple perspectives on how to align the district to a shared vision for success each year and how to monitor and report on progress (both positive and challenging) to internal and external stakeholders.
