School districts face the expectation that they do more with less, which is particularly challenging for small districts. To be successful, employees must take on multiple responsibilities and roles. This session will navigate the journeys of two school districts from the creation of support positions and development of the roles within the organization to the hiring process used to meet the changing needs of their districts.
