In 2015, the Neenah Joint School District hired a mental health coordinator to evaluate its efforts as well as identify gaps in services and resources. This presentation will break down the role of the coordinator position and how data was used to address problems and create timely interventions. The district will discuss its collaboration with three community agencies, which led to a comprehensive program to screen, provide therapy and offer parent-peer advocacy, and discuss how it was able to provide a school-based mental health provider in each of its K-12 schools.
