This will give fire service training officers, and company level officers the tools needed to create a competent and enthusiastic environment during EMS responses. Brian Pond will present training evolution that can be used throughout the year with both career staffing and volunteer firefighters. Attendees will learn new drills that will challenge the most seasoned members of their department. He will also demonstrate ways to take the most basic drill, and with a few slight adjustments, make it beneficial for all department members.
