In this 4 hour pre-con session, learners will observe an EMS simulation activity and debriefing of the participants. The faculty will then take the audience through the dissection to discover and reveal the design to execution process of the event. This session is ideal for learners who want to understand more about evidence-based simulation practice and ways to improve simulation activities to yield better outcomes. If you’ve always wanted to see how it’s done with behind the scene access, this session is for you. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the steps to take for designing a better simulation activity that yields better outcomes.
