Talent Board is the first non-profit research organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. Each year Talent Board conducts recruiting and candidate experience survey research with hundreds of employers around the world. The employers first self-assess their own recruiting experience and then ask their job candidates to rate their overall candidate experience. Those employers with the highest positive candidate ratings receive Talent Board's coveted Candidate Experience (CandE) Award. In this hands-on workshop, transformative recruiting leader, Kevin Grossman, will present Talent Board candidate experience benchmark research and share best practices from CandE Award winners.
