But Waste Management, together with Montage, defied this stereotype by introducing processes that have been widely adopted by hiring managers and applicants. Alyson Lupa and Kurt Heikkinen will discuss how the company effectively engages its blue-collar candidates with on-demand voice interviewing technology — a move that has reduced the time from application to interview by six days. They will also discuss how organizations can benefit from transforming “recruiters” into “talent advisors,” and how doing so will enhance the candidate experience.
