Scott is the president and founder of Viridian Capital Advisors, a New York City based firm that is the first investment banking/strategic advisory firm dedicated to building and financing emerging growth companies in the legal Cannabis industry. He has had a distinguished 25-year career as a research analyst, investment banker, and strategist in the technology industry, and is known as a thought leader. He has been involved in raising more than $400 million in capital for public and private emerging growth technology companies and has completed numerous M&A assignments. He attended the executive MBA program at Columbia University and holds a BA in economics from The University of Chicago.
