Award-winning Chef Nick Poccia. He will give a one-hour healthy cooking demonstration on Sunday and Monday at 1:00pm.  Nicandro (Nick) Poccia CEC is Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. He is a active Member of the ACF Philadelphia Chapter. In 1990 he received the Chef of Year Award through the Delaware Valley Chefs Association.  Currently, he is Executive Chef of Spring Mill Country Club in Ivyland Pa.
