Building off of NECA’s Executive Management Institute, this class will take a deeper look at how small to mid-sized electrical contractors can focus on growing their business by finding new or enlarging existing opportunities. This course will discuss how you can take a leadership role in developing a strategic plan for activities and resource allocation to enable smart growth. Previous attendance at the Executive Management Institute is recommended, but not required.
