This kind of clickbait not only hurts the parks shown. It damages our entire industry’s reputation. Stung by a media onslaught after an incident at another facility, Australia’s Village Roadshow Theme Parks is using simple storytelling on social media to turn ride stoppages into conversation starters. Join Bob White, VRTP’s Chief Operating Officer,an engaging Lunch and Learn Presentation. Bob will share how a series of heavily-viewed videos on ride stoppages turned public perception back in his favor—and how parks and attractions of any size can use social media to take back control of the message.
