This event is SOLD OUT and there will be no waitlist. The event will have a Standby Line open 30 minutes before the tour departure time located at the bus loading area. If seats are available on the bus at departure time, seats will be opened to individuals in the Standby Line and credit card processing will be available on-site for ticket fees.


Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park has recently transformed into a full day and night experience with special events and activities taking place after the sun sets. Join Dr. Scott Terrell, director of animal and science operations, as he delivers a keynote address on how his team prepared for changes and developed an integrated process to monitor and care for animals throughout the three-year construction process. Then, experience some of the new enhancements during an exclusive tour of Africa inside the theme park.

TRANSPORTATION: Buses depart the OCCC South Concourse at 12 p.m. Attendees will meet at 11:30 a.m. in room S230DE. Buses depart Animal Kingdom to either OCCC or reception location (TBD).

NOTES: Must be 18 or older to attend. Separate ticket and Expo badge required to attend. EDUTours are only open to IAAPA members.

COST: US$140 IAAPA Members. Tickets should be purchased in advance as space is limited and may sell out. Expo registration is also required.
