Halloween, Mardi Gras and Grinchmas…oh my! Producing Seasonal Events on a Universal Scale 

Go behind the scenes at Universal Orlando Resort™ and meet the creators of Halloween Horror Nights™, Mardi Gras, and Grinchmas. The Universal Entertainment Art and Design Team will give VIP tours of their creative studios and workshops where you will see props, costumes, sets, and parade floats from current and past seasonal events. The tour will end with a lunch discussion including a panel of seasonal event designers and producers who will discuss the challenges and opportunities of producing large-scale special events, followed by a Q&A session.

LOCATION: Universal Studios 6000 Universal Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819

TRANSPORTATION: Buses depart the OCCC South Concourse at 7:30 a.m. Buses depart Universal Studios at 12 p.m. Participants may not drive separately to this event.

Ticket holders encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Failure to arrive by departure time can result in forfeiture of seat. Available seats from no shows will be resold to individuals in Standby Line.

NOTE(S): Must be 18 or older to attend. Separate ticket and Expo badge required for entry. EDUTours are exclusive to IAAPA MembersThis is not open to the press.

COST: $140 IAAPA Members. Tickets should be purchased in advance as space is limited and may sell out. Expo registration is also required.
