Women are rising to positions of prominence and leadership throughout the attractions industry. We continue to see significant growth of women in executive and senior management positions, but there is still a long way to go. This session will discuss workplace gender dynamics and how companies can work to better understand the needs of their employees and support greater leadership roles for women across all business channels.
