For 45 years minority business development has been the focus of the NMSDC and the automotive industry in Detroit. In recent years that focus has proven to be a critical measure of success for U.S. businesses and for corporations with global operations as well. Many Fortune 100 corporations have either started supplier diversity initiatives in global markets or are contemplating starting one, which makes collaboration more important now than ever before.
