Drawing on results from the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and Kingsley Associates’ landmark national survey of apartment resident preferences, with responses from more than a quarter-million renters, this session will dig into the data for San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego and will do some comparison with cities in the Pacific NW.
