With the recent increase in popularity of sit-stand workstations, a study was conducted to determine whether implementing sit-stand units proved beneficial to workers who sit for prolonged periods. Additionally, two styles of units (keyboard tray and non-keyboard tray) were reviewed to assess whether one has more benefit over the other. Ms. Lonsdale will discuss the study’s findings, detailing the pros and cons of such arrangements.
