Operations and labor costs can make or break the profitability of a VR Arcade. Many consumer based systems require an unsustainable level of attention from staff. Most customers have not tried VR, so they don’t have the context of understand why they should pay to play. All these issues lead to requirements to higher specialized staff to operate and manage a VR attraction today.
