Is there a link between employee happiness and customer happiness? Absolutely! Joy-filled employees are more productive, more engaged, and more satisfied with their jobs. Studies show that they select higher goals, perform better and persist longer on problem solving tasks. In this session, we will create consistently positive experiences for customers by first creating joy within so that it becomes contagious. We will explore the pillars to joyfulness and well-being and how it can deliberately be created and maintained.
