As the outdoor industry continues to grow and develop as an economic powerhouse, so does the potential for the industry to have significant impact on workforce development by working more closely with product design programs within universities and other outdoor programs. This panel consists of outdoor product educators as well as industry partners that are working together to train the workforce of tomorrow for the outdoor industry.
