Additive Manufacturing is a powerful method for prototyping and sustainable production of complex shaped components. For future applications in optics, high transparent polymers have been printed by inkjet-printing-technology. The ability for optical coating has been investigated. Properties after plasma-treatment were characterized by contact angle, SEM and optical spectroscopy. Plasma-ion assisted deposition was successfully applied to deposit antireflective-coatings. In addition, high efficient AR-nanostructures were achieved by plasma etching.
