The world is in the fourth industrial revolution, referred to as Industry 4.0. It’s a period of digital technologies being introduced to many different facets of industry. Safety must evolve to meet the new challenges and take advantage of the opportunities technology offers. This update will impact the basic elements of safety programs – such as safety strategy safety culture, employee engagement, safety leadership and coaching – and will introduce new and real-time safety metrics. This seminar will explore needed updates to each of these safety program elements to meet tomorrow’s needs.
