A misdirected incident investigation doesn’t correct safety problems – it merely allows them to hide. This only increases the likelihood of repetitive incidents, human hardship and financial loss. This seminar teaches a systematic approach to incident investigation to properly identify causal factors so appropriate corrective actions can be implemented. It gives line supervisors, middle management and safety personnel the tools they need to focus on specific facts that cause preventable incidents.
