Brandon Schroeder has been an electrician since he was 18 years old. Safety was something he thought about but didn’t truly believe in. He took chances and justified the risk by saying he had done it a thousand times before. But on Aug. 24, 2011, risk turned into reality when Brandon took a shortcut that caused a life-changing arc flash incident. In this presentation, he’ll walk you through the impact of this inccident on his life and his newfound belief in safety.
