Ms. Herman is a lawyer and art historian who uses works of art to systematically sharpen observation, analysis and communication skills. You’ll learn to look closely at paintings, sculpture and photography to hone your visual intelligence and recognize the most pertinent and useful information, as well as to identify biases that can impede dispute resolution. In this highly participatory workshop, Ms. Herman will demonstrate the relevance of visual literacy to optimal dispute resolution and how analyzing works of art provides an innovative way to refresh your sense of critical inquiry and reconsider the skills necessary to improve performance and enhance your leadership skills.
