ASTM International - Helping our World Work Better
This meeting is an opportunity for technical experts from Europe, the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere to meet with leaders of the F24 International Committee, learn about the work of the committee, and share their expertise on amusement rides and devices so that the ASTM International F24 committee can collect input from the region.
Topics to be discussed include recent task group work on rider eligibility and other recently revised standards. It is open to anyone with an interest in this topic.
ASTM Committee F24 on Amusement Rides and Devices was formed in 1978. Its scope is the development of standard methods of test, performance specifications, definitions, maintenance, operations, and practices and guides for amusement rides and devices. F24 meets twice a year, usually in February and October and seeks other opportunities to gather input from technical experts worldwide.
