Tracks: Telemetry Fundamentals and Methods

This course will provide an overview of the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) standards with an emphasis on the Advanced Orbiting System (AOS) standard used by the Space Launch System (SLS) and Orion NASA programs.  This course will cover the use of CCSDS standards to encapsulate packet or bitstream data into AOS transfer frames using the CCSDS Encapsulation service as well as the use of Telemetry Synchronization and Coding.
