The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) provides guidance to BOMA staff to identify emerging legislative issues to which BOMA should respond and develop and prioritize policy positions for consideration by the BOMA Executive Committee and Board of Governors. The Committee engages membership in an active dialogue on current legislative matters impacting the federal, state and/or local levels and strengthens BOMA's grassroots Advocacy program to secure involvement of more BOMA members to influence public policy.
