In 2000, Ting Wall System partnered with Merit Contracting to replace the curtain wall on an IBM property. The goals: to retain the exterior aesthetic features; to provide security and temporary weather protections during the renovation period; and demonstrate that there would be no water leakage. Since the Ting Wall System does not have a building hole, these were attainable goals. The results were extremely successful with no leaks over the 17-year renovation project and a significant reduction in total building energy costs.
