In our current regulatory climate, the speed of consumer product innovation out-paces the speed of regulatory advancements; however, manufacturers, importers, and retailers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their product regardless of the presence or lack of regulations. In this session, strategies will be introduced to manufacturers, importers and retailers with guidance on reducing potential risks based on an understanding of consumer behavior and potential injuries.
