Leadership and Management Symposium (Day 2)
No fear leadership is about knowing yourself, your people, what works, and how to avoid the biggest pitfalls in today’s fire service. The instructor will share his story about leadership, and the 20 years it took him to really understand his self and his leadership style. Students will be encouraged to identify and discuss their strengths and weaknesses. The instructor will discuss how successful leaders must be willing to face the difficult, controversial and political aspects of today’s fire service with respect and without fear. This program promises to be interactive and engaging.
