No more firefighting! Many of us understand that it is cheaper to change the oil in your car regularly than to not and risk costly complications. However, all too often, we do not apply the same approach in operating our facilities. This, of course, leads to costly reactive firefighting. In this session, we will discuss the value of migrating from being reactive to a proactive strategy and provide simple steps for implementation. This session will marry well with the Digging Out of Deferred Maintenance session later in the afternoon.
