No matter what industry, from medicine to finance to retail, computers impact every field. However, not all students experience the same opportunities and support to learn computer science. In this session, we will present data from our two-year study surveying 32,000 students, parents, teachers, principals, and superintendents across the U.S. Topics include perceptions, opportunities, support, and infrastructure. We will also share specific data on Florida's computer science education landscape. During the session, we will also engage in discussion to further identify opportunities and challenges in computer science education for Florida.
