4:00 PM - 4:45 PM

Tracks: Future of EdTech Information Technology

Drawing on Lexicon Technologies' 20-year history of supporting technology deployments for large government and corporate clients, this session will explore what makes K-12 technology support uniquely challenging. Assessments of factors including relative scale, resource constraints, variety and variability of use case, and diversity of user communities will make the case for understanding K-12 IT support as the most challenging technology use case across any industry. The session will conclude with discussion of what this means for K-12 technology services, and why Lexicon has developed Incident IQ as a support platform to help teams succeed in this rigorous environment. This session will benefit IT leaders, technicians, instructional technology specialist, student information system managers, and anyone else interested in the successful support for all of the technology modern schools depend on.
