Learn how to turn a traditional "one-size-fits-all" professional development program into a personalized micro-credentialing system. The presenter will use her experience in helping to design and implement micro-credentialing in her district to provide participants with the strategies to help: - determine course offerings - design the structure of the modules - locate resources - create evaluation materials - develop a management strategy - create a communication plan Participants will learn how to design and implement a micro-credentialing program. Participants will develop a plan for using micro-credentialing in their district. Participants will walk away with tools to support the implementation of micro-credentialing.
