Google offers four educator certifications. Many choose to obtain the Educator Level 1 option first. This boot camp style workshop was designed to give you hands-on practice of the skills needed to take and pass the Level 1 certification exam at a later date. (It is recommended that participants are already using the core G Suite apps in an educational environment; this workshop is not meant to be an introduction to G Suite.) Rather than determining in advance exactly what (of the 18 Google tools the Level 1 certification exam covers) to review in the workshop, you will take a pre-assessment to determine which tools need the most attention. The presenter will use the "You, Y'all, We" approach to explore the checklist of skills for each of the 18 tools in order of importance (based on the group's collective skills).
