Iolani's Lower School FabLab/MakerSpace has a variety of equipment, but none are more in demand than the laser cutter. Over the course of a school year, students from every grade, kindergarten to sixth, make projects using this digital fabrication technology. This presentation will look at some innovative projects made by different grade levels who used this one machine to make their ideas come to life. We'll look at how 'Iolani incorporates this technology into the units of study and at the software & hardware used to make these amazing projects.
