Support it. Evaluate it. In this session, we explore each of these areas in detail and provide actionable guidelines for ensuring a successful digital transformation. Participants leave with a template for thoughtfully planning a digital transformation and multiple ways to think innovatively about leadership, support and evaluation of any digital transformation initiative.
