Learning management systems allow educators, students, and parents a unique support to 24/7 instructional options. How do we maximize the use of technology and Canvas to transform our school into a dream school? This was our essential question at Anderson Elementary. AES is a Title 1 school with a transient population and we had the rare opportunity to infuse one-to-one devices in 3rd - 6th grade. This session will provide administrators with professional learning plans, focused goals around personalized learning, and resources to ensure that all stakeholders understand a blended learning model focused on personalized instruction. All means all embraces the importance of creating educational tech nights, student goals, and teacher professional learning to ensure the success of every learner.
