There are staff meetings that inspire teachers to work together in new ways, see new possibilities for school improvement, and launch new technology initiatives, but the schools where they happen are tragically rare. In this session, we will look at approaches for designing staff and team meetings into opportunities to revamp how your teams see themselves and their possibilities by focusing on what inspires, what builds staff morale and school culture, and what orients teachers to the kinds of exploratory experiences and technology integration they'll want to recreate with their students.
