In this rapid-paced workshop, participants will explore the elements of the Disney customer experience that make it one of the most highly-regarded companies in the world, and will consider the question, “How can we apply these lessons to our work as educators and building culture in our schools.” Organizational Culture is a format of values, beliefs, and assumptions in which have a strong influence on how the company functions. Establishing a technology enhanced school with interactive teaching and learning means redefining your culture. The culture of an organization can depict how staff interact and perform day to day tasks and jobs. The culture of an institution has the power to make or break the working environment and can affect greatly the success rate. We will look at how Disney engages and uplifts their guests and empowers their employees through the lenses of culture, environment, leadership, and staff development.
