NEW FOR 2017 - Quick Connect Debuts at Mid-Year Conference

Quick Connect is the way to open the door and connect with new and/or existing clients in the Retail FM Industry

Quick Connect will place retailers at their own tables during this dedicated speed-networking event.

Supplier members will have two minutes to introduce themselves and their services to participating retailers for a match made in facilities heaven. When you have made that “perfect” match, we encourage you to schedule follow-up appointments during the exhibition immediately following Quick Connect

Program Guidelines:

  • Each retailer organization will have a table reserved for their participation.
  • Retailers are requested to provide a list of services to be displayed prior to conference.
  • Only one supplier representative from each exhibit company may participate – there is NO additional fee required for exhibiting companies.
  • Only one Non-Exhibiting Supplier representative from a company may participate – there is an additional fee of $1,000 for Non-Exhibiting Suppliers
  • Each supplier representative may connect with a retail company representative for a maximum of two minutes – retailers will have timers.
  • If a supplier has met with a retail company and would like to talk to them again during Quick Connect, this can only be done if there is no line waiting for the retailer, or if they go to the back of the line again.

Supplier Representatives:

NEW for 2017 MYC – Sponsoring companies will be allowed into the Quick Connect beginning at 2:00 pm – all other supplier organizations will be allowed in beginning at 2:15 pm)

You may pick-up your wristband at the PRSM Registration Desk at any time prior to Quick Connect. You may also retrieve your band beginning at 1:45 pm outside of JW Ballroom 1.  Please see Corinne Dwyer or LeeAnn Norton, CEM, with any questions.

Only one (1) wristband per exhibiting company will be allowed. If you lose the wristband it will not be replaced. You must be registered and have your badge at the time your wristband is picked-up.
