The General Session Luncheon will kick off with updates on PRSM Association and the facilities management industry, followed by an engaging presentation by highly regarded football legend, Lou Holtz.
GENERAL SESSION KEYNOTE – LOU HOLTZ
Lou Holtz has established himself as one of the most successful and legendary college football coaches of all time. During his 26-year coaching career, Holtz was known for turning pretenders into contenders – elevating football programs to a new level and winning championships.
This was especially true at Notre Dame, where he coached the team into elite football status and kept them there year after year. His name will forever be synonymous with the highly regarded football reputation of the Fighting Irish.
Though Holtz never inherited a winning team when taking a new post, his discipline and love of a challenge helped him create champions. He is the only coach in the history of college football to: 1) take six different teams to a bowl game; 2) win five bowl games with different teams; and 3) have four different college teams ranked in the final Top 20 poll.
After retiring from coaching, Holtz has continued to succeed in a variety of areas: as a sports analyst for ESPN, as a New York Times best-selling author and now as a motivational speaker. He has built a reputation as a motivator, a demanding disciplinarian and someone who relishes challenges and hard work. During his keynote, Holtz will discuss overcoming seemingly impossible challenges by setting goals and working to achieve them. His insights and stories leave audiences both inspired and motivated – so don’t miss this engaging presentation.
