AAMI’s HTM Benchmarking Task Force has spent the last year exploring ways to move HTM benchmarking into a new phase. This session will highlight the latest findings including updates to current and new (financial and performance) metrics that single hospital and/or multihospital systems should be collecting in order to ensure a high quality HTM benchmarking programs.
