Jefferson Center for Mental Health (JCMH) was ready for change — but thinking about change and doing it are two different things. Jon Drogheo, with the support of the center’s executive team, forged ahead and modernized the talent-attraction and recruiting processes at JCMH, expanding its reach to attract top talent from around the country.
