Use of mobile technology and apps from the onset of an injury to keep injured workers engaged in the claims process continues to grow. Real-time information collected through these avenues also continues to evolve, increasing stakeholder communication and connectivity as well accelerating return to work. Mobile apps currently enable claimants to view indemnity payment information, access pharmacy cards, receive communications and more. Yet their current functions are only the beginning.
