We all know that healthier, happier employees promote strong business performance, but how do we measure success? Central Michigan University has moved to a VOI, or value-on-investment, model for assessing its program. Together with Virgin Pulse, CMU did an in-depth analysis of the impact of its program. In this session, Andrew Jacobus, Vice President of Insights & Data Science at Virgin Pulse, will share the detailed results of the CMU program, including impacts on health outcomes, organization performance, and individual success. Chris Boyce, CEO of Virgin Pulse, will detail the VOI model and its applications for employers and programs of all sizes.
