Data analysis has infiltrated almost every aspect of our lives. In fact, regardless of our role in an organization, the ability to collect data and gain insights is becoming more important. We are using data to make decisions around allocating employees’ time and attention, to manage the ways employees interact, and to steer things like candidate and customer experience. Data disruption does not always come easy. With the ability to collect, dissect and measure, we are now able to provide insights that were not previously visible.
