As 75 million baby boomers approach retirement, Gen Xers and the millennials are beginning to move into key positions for organizations. Millennials are almost twice as likely to have a spouse/partner working at least full-time, and as a result, employees require flexibility to balance the demands of working and family life. Employers are trying to rethink their Time Away strategies to attract and retain this generation while still meeting the challenges of an ever demanding business environment. Scott Grenn will discuss some of the innovative programs expected by young workers today, including parental and family care leave as well as unlimited PTO and vacation programs.
