Whether an assessment is triggered in response to an injury or is proactive in nature, asking the wrong questions can waste your time and lead to ineffective solutions. Getting worker “buy-in” on ergonomics is an art and science. It takes skill to read between the lines during interactive dialogues with workers and supervisors.
